Are all your cards authentic?+
Yes. Every single and graded slab is inspected by our in-house authenticators before listing — light test, print rosette, texture, weight and cert cross-reference. We back every purchase with a money-back authenticity guarantee.
How fast do you ship?+
Orders placed before 2PM EST ship the same business day, otherwise within 24 hours. All cards ship sleeved and top-loaded; shipping is free and insured on orders over $99.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes, we ship worldwide with tracked, insured services. International duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility and calculated at checkout where available.
What's your return policy?+
Unopened sealed product and singles can be returned within 30 days in original condition for a full refund. Graded slabs are returnable if the cert doesn't match the listing. Mystery boxes and live break spots are final sale.
How do live breaks work?+
You buy a spot in a break (by pack, Pokémon, letter, or full personal box). We open the product live on stream, and any cards from your spot are shipped to you free over $99. See the Live Breaks page for tonight's schedule.
How do I sell my cards to you?+
Head to the Sell page and submit a quick form or photos. We send a no-obligation quote, usually same day. Accept it and we email a prepaid insured label — you're paid within 24 hours of us receiving the cards.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Sellers can be paid via PayPal, Zelle, ACH, or store credit (with a 10% bonus).
How do Vault Points work?+
You earn 1–3 points per dollar depending on your Vault Club tier. 100 points = $5 in rewards. Points never expire while your account is active, and your first order earns 2× automatically.
